CHALLENGE

BetterPlace initially relied on QuickBooks for financial management but encountered significant integration challenges when syncing it with Zoho CRM. To address the above challenges, we implemented and customized Zoho Books for Betterplace. Integrating Zoho Books with Zoho CRM provides a seamless and efficient solution. By linking these platforms, businesses gain real-time visibility into inventory levels, enabling better control and management of stock. When an order is approved in Zoho CRM, the integration automatically triggers the creation of an invoice in Zoho Books, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing errors.

This automated workflow ensures that inventory updates are instantly reflected. It also speeds up the invoicing process, allowing for quicker communication with customers and faster payments. The integration centralizes data across sales and finance teams, fostering collaboration and providing a unified view of the sales and inventory pipeline.
