To address the client’s reliance on manual processes, we built an intelligent WhatsApp chatbot within ZohoSalesIQ. The bot was integrated with Zoho CRM, ensuring that every conversation automatically created orupdated a lead record. With tailored workflows, the chatbot could answer FAQs, and reduce manual effort significantly.

We configured Zoho CRM to manage the entire sales lifecycle in one place. Proper lead segregation rules were set up to prioritize high-quality leads, while SalesIQ and website form integrations ensured no inquiry slipped through. This gave the sales team a unified view of every lead, deal, and interaction.

For seamless communication, we implemented an API-based telephony integration. Every call, along with recordings and details, was automatically captured inside CRM records. This not only improved tracking but also gave sales managers better control over customer conversations.

Finally, we connected Zoho Analytics with CRM to provide actionable insights. Custom dashboards and advanced reports were built, giving leadership real-time visibility into lead trends, team performance, and sales outcomes. This shifted decision-making from guesswork to data-driven strategies.
